to the home page of the International Association of Korean Lawyers (IAKL)!

The IAKL is an organization that brings together lawyers in Korea and lawyers of Korean descent, as well as other interested persons from around the world. The IAKL was founded in 1988 and holds annual international conferences that have attracted attorneys, judges, law professors, and students from throughout the United States and Korea, as well as Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Panama, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Singapore, Germany, Belgium, France, England, and other countries. The IAKL has created this web site to increase our ability to "build bridges" between lawyers of Korean heritage from different countries, generations, practices, and cultures.
